Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a results-focused Digital Marketing Specialist, to report into our Senior Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be willing and hungry to learn and take ownership of personal development, and their genuine passion for digital marketing drives them forward.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns and channels including email, PPC and affiliate marketing
  • Prioritize key metrics such as the deliverability rate, open rate, click-through rate (CTR), etc. when focusing on email marketing
  • Generate new paid campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new performance marketing initiatives
  • Increase PPC CTR, quality score, conversions and conversion rates and decrease CPC
  • Implement creative copy testing and optimisation, including landing pages
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager with marketing automations including email updates, SMS, landing pages, push notifications etc
  • Communicate to management on project development, timelines and results
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and essential reporting tools, and highlight areas of importance
  • Implement A/B, splits and multivariate testing across all accounts
  • Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to ensure communication is well delivered throughout
  • Maintain high-level knowledge of digital marketing industry trends and developments
  • Develop and implement new digital marketing strategies as the industry/market changes.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing at a B2C/consumer-facing e-commerce business is required
  • Experience and enthusiasm for digital marketing and especially data-driven marketing such as Performance Marketing (including display, native, PPC, social media, and remarketing ads), affiliate marketing, and email marketing
  • Previous experience with affiliate software or managing networks a plus
