Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Klaviyo email and SMS marketing strategies to drive engagement, nurture leads, and promote brands' products and services.
- Work with the copywriter and designer to create compelling, personalized emails and SMS content that resonate with the target audience.
- Segment databases based on customer data, behavior, and preferences to deliver targeted and relevant messaging to maximize revenue opportunities from our CRM
- Implement and manage automated email campaigns that cater to various customer segments.
- Migrating email platforms (data migration) and management of third-party tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of email marketing content with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Work on the design brief and optimize email templates for maximum impact and deliverability across various email clients and devices.
- Oversee and continuously improve the customer journey
- Monitor email/SMS performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and use insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize results.
Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an email or direct marketing role
- Experience using Klaviyo
- Good understanding of CRM
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines
