About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising. This role requires someone who has experience working in highly regulated industries such as medicine, gambling, or similar sectors where compliance is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Analyze performance data to improve campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategy with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, maintaining awareness of legal and ethical advertising guidelines.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and platforms.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in paid search and programmatic advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality ad creatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns in highly regulated industries such as medicine, gambling, pharmaceuticals, or similar sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in advertising for industries like healthcare, gaming, and finance.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads certification.
- Experience with additional advertising platforms and tools like Bing Ads, Display & Video 360, or similar programmatic tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
