SUMMARY We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple hiring processes, including class-based recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial job requisition to offer stage and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job roles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Draft job descriptions and advertisements to attract the right candidates.
2. Sourcing & Screening:
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a streamlined process for candidates and hiring managers.
3. Class-Based Hiring:
  • Lead class-based hiring initiatives, specifically for volume recruitment or seasonal hiring needs.
  • Organize and manage assessment centers, group interviews, and orientation programs for bulk hiring.
  • Implement best practices for scaling recruitment processes efficiently.
4. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
5. Candidate Experience:
  • Create a positive candidate experience through clear communication, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
6. Data & Reporting:
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Continuously optimize the recruitment process based on data-driven insights and feedback.
7. Compliance & Best Practices:
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices in recruitment.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to innovate hiring strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding strategies.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience in managing data and recruitment metrics to optimize performance.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on class-based hiring preferred.
