Reports Analyst

We are looking for a Reports Analyst to join our team. This position involves developing and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards, managing data integrity, and providing actionable insights to enhance outbound sales strategies. The analyst collaborates closely with various teams, understandably communicates complex data, identifies process improvements, and leads analytics projects.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track sales performance, customer interactions, and call center metrics. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected from various sources. Implement data cleaning and validation processes to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outbound sales strategies, campaigns, and individual performance. Provide recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant reports. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the reporting framework. Develop and implement new methodologies to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior analysts and team members on data analysis techniques and reporting tools. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects from conception to completion. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • At least college level or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in predictive analytics and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and call center technologies.
