ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting outbound calls for customer retention and new business development;
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan
- Manage on a day to basis, customer engagement, interaction, and growth (training, pipeline management, lead tracking, and marketing)
- Actively hunting new business opportunities by willingly cold calling prospect customers in the defined region
- Following-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities
- Recommending/up-selling products to meet customer needs
- Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism
- Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, promotions, etc.
- Use leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers in developing solutions
- Assisting customers with any issues that may arise with their account including tracking, customs, or packaging discrepancies
- Accurately maintaining call center database
- Tracking orders to ensure quick delivery and resolving delivery disputes
- Meeting key performance indicators
- Other duties may be assigned
